Bismillah. It’s hard… to not be sad, disappointed or disheartened when you found out that something is not how it appears to be. When you realise that beneath what has unfolded, the reality is that you failed.
Failing to me is not fulfilling my amanah, my tendency to depend on people and the lack of time management/prioritising. But the essense of failing is not failure. It’s how one comes up wiser after each fall and stronger after each defeat.
The beauty in failing is the lesson embedded in its almost-failure situation - what actually happens is that it gives way to better opportunities. Just remember: Allah is the best of Planners and He knows what’s best for us.
Al-Rashid, Allah
I will inhale the emerald rose of silence, Fold my fears away this month. I will wash my intentions in your river of energy, String the heaviness out of my heart And burn the doubts. Someday, I will find the harbor in my heart to reach you, Scrub it clean and embrace the light as it streams from your hands. I will blow away the shredded leaves And plant the seeds of patience that will hold my center in a storm. I will seal the book of fantasies, Let them rot away in void. Everything curves to a point, Preparing the pavement to enliven folds of green. My knowledge is useless without the origin, So I will close my eyes, feel the breeze as I sail the seas to your lighthouse. As love is a give and take, Recycle it. Our creativity is merely manifested from The Creator, So accept the painted music of color across our souls. (Source: raudie.deviantart.com)

Love because of Allah…
Our dearest habibi, one and only Rasulullah - Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. :’)
I pray that everyone of us, our family and friends will learn more and get close to Rasulullah and see him smile when he sees us in the Hereafter. Allahumma ameen.
On humility
If anyone praised Saidina Abu Bakar r.a. (a Sahaba of Rasulullah s.a.w.), he would say, “O Allah, You know me more than myself, and I know myself more than these people who praise me. Make me better than what they think of me, and forgive those sins of mine of which they have no knowledge, and do not hold me responsible for what they say.”
Which Ibadah have you been practicing to this Ramadhan?

Allah is the Best of Planners [Ali-Imraan (3):54]
Let's embrace those crazy times: Will the Most Merciful not forgive you?
raudie:
“Sometimes we lose hope in turning to God and asking for His help because we feel like we have done too much wrong. And yet think of a child who has just angered his mother and immediately after trips and falls on the stairs. Even if that child had just angered his mother to tears, the moment he falls and cries for help, she runs to him. This is human mercy. And God is infinitely more merciful than a mother is to her child. So, do you think—no matter what you’ve done—when you’re falling and cry out to the *Most* Merciful…Wouldn’t He come save you?”
